MY FAVORITE DISH

Hello everyone! Today I will talk about my favorite food dish. It is very difficult for me to choose a favorite dish because I have many and at the same time I'm a little bit fussy about that.

My favorite dish is Risotto, a famous dish from northern Italy. “Riso” means rice in Italian and the whole word refers to rice cooked in broth. The dish originates from Milan in 1574 during the Renaissance, although in 1300 rice was already cultivated in Naples, spreading to northern Italy to settle in Vercelli.

My favorite thing about risotto is that there are many versions of the dish! My favorite is Parmesan risotto, which as the name says has Parmesan cheese, which gives it a delicious taste.

The truth is that I have never cooked it but I would like to learn it and do it someday!
